ICD-10-CM Essentials for Coding in Skilled Nursing Facilities

Description

This virtual ICD-10 training is designed for professionals who require coding instruction without the burden of travel or the disruption of a full-day seminar. The curriculum is delivered over two days. This split-session format allows participants to remain at their own desks and maintain their daily workflow while improving information retention through shorter, focused learning blocks.

Two-day Virtual Training Dates:
Tuesday, July 14, 2026
Wednesday, July 15, 2026

Time:
9:45 AM – 10:00 AM PST Log into virtual training. System check if needed.
10:00 AM – 1:00 PM PST Class instruction

Login Access: 
The link will be emailed 24 hours prior to the start of the training. The email will come from no-reply@zoom.us. 

CE & Certificate of Course Completion:
BRN 6 Hours
Registrants must be individually logged in for the full session and complete the evaluation to receive CE hours and certificate. This training is only approved for California BRN CEs. Note: California BRN credits are recognized by many nursing boards across the country. While this is the case, we highly recommend that participants practicing outside of California contact their state’s licensing board to verify if these credits will be accepted toward their specific renewal requirements.

Audio/Visual:
Virtual training experiences will happen in real time on the date and time advertised. They will require a Wi-Fi connection and a computer or a smartphone. For the best experience, we highly encourage you to participate in a distraction-free environment.

Materials Provided:
Handouts/materials will be emailed one day before the training.

Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations for this training must be made five (5) business days (Monday-Friday) prior to the beginning of the course. Cancellations must be in writing to lisa@ahis.net.
